This 7 day programme will help you understand how to create healthy habits and stick with them so that they become part of your daily routine.
Understanding habits is so important because we use them (consciously or subconsciously) in all aspects of our lives. The important thing is to learn not only how to get good at developing them, but make sure they're good for you (and even replace the bad ones).
We are all guilty of starting something and then giving up too soon or finding it too hard or boring, so this programme will guide you through the process and ensure you are in a strong position to master your habits.
I will send you an email everyday with Day 1, Day 2, etc of the programme where you will have the theory and understanding of how to get good at creating them as well as a task to complete each day which will help you pick a habit and start that journey.
